Research so Far

I have gotten quite a lot of information for my question "Are dairy products healthy for you?". I have gotten lots of websites that support my question saying that dairy products are healthy for you. Here is a list of them: http://www.glycemicgourmet.com/glycemic-index-list.html, http://www.dairygoodness.ca/en/consumers/food/dairy-products/dairy-products.htm, http://www.rense.com/general26/milk.htm, http://drbenkim.com/articles-dairy.html, http://consumer.darigold.com/about.html, http://consumer.darigold.com/heritage.html, http://consumer.darigold.com/products.html, and http://corporate.darigold.com/default.aspx?co=4. These are all the websites I have found and they all support my question saying dairy products are healthy. I have looked for websites on the other side saying dairy products are not healthy but I haven't found really any information on this side of it so I need to look more for articles and websites on this. Here are some quotes from the websites I just listed: "Darigold is pride. Pride in our products, pride in our heritage. We've been making America's favorite brand of high quality dairy products since 1918." "Few beverages can beat milk in terms of total nutrition package."

Have you run into the claim that milk is not as good for adults as we're led to believe, and that really it's all a big lie told to us by the very powerful dairy lobby to sell more milk? (Something I've been told, but have never seen research on) Anything to support or counter that claim?
